How should I store my macarons?

To maintain freshness, store your macarons in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. For the best flavor and texture, let them sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before serving.

Do you offer nationwide shipping?

Yes! We ship across the country using insulated packaging and cold packs to ensure your macarons arrive in perfect condition. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Are your macarons gluten-free?

Most of our macarons are naturally gluten-free as they are made with almond flour. However, they are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, so we cannot guarantee a 100% certified gluten-free environment.

Can I place a custom order for an event?

Absolutely. We specialize in custom towers and gift boxes for weddings, corporate events, and parties. Please contact our events team at least two weeks in advance for custom color or flavor requests.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Do you provide allergen information?

All our macarons contain tree nuts (almonds), eggs, and dairy. Some flavors may also contain soy or peanuts. A full ingredient list is included with every box.
